Samsung Indonesia (SEIN) — Mobile Experience Retail Division

Samsung Indonesia uses multiple channels to sell phones, with CE retailers having more influence than operators. The most prominent CE retailer is Erajaya Group, which operates both mono-brand (SES via NASA) and multi-brand (Erafone) concepts. SEIN is extremely price-sensitive, currently using Kumoh and Chinese security solutions.

Key Insight

InVue security is already used for all brands in Erafone stores EXCEPT Samsung. The Erafone 3.0 concept (15 stores) and new Erafone Blue concept both use InVue for all phones including Samsung — demonstrating a path to broader adoption.
